  • Artist Statement

My work is auto-ethnographic in it's methodology. Fragility, vulnerability, transience, transformation, unknowing, ineffable and incompleteness: each of these elements echo throughout my work.

Baring witness to my husband's enormous suffering is most intimate: it attends to my feelings of fear of loss. Surveying the fleetingness of life through illness, documents his suffering. Life just suddens upon you.
